Policies & info - press on nails
After placing your order i will privately contact you within 24 hours to have a consultation where we will discuss design, press on sizing using pictures and any add ons you wish to have. All press on sets are custom made to order. By placing your order you then agree to my policies.
ANY changes to your set must be discussed within 24 hours after consultation as once the nails have been started i cannot accept any changes or refunds / cancellations. Once orders have been shipped on my end i am not liable for any for delays or damage. Due to hygiene reasons i do not accept returns, however if you receive an incorrect order please contact within 48 hours of receiving the nails with clear photos of the issue, if approved a suitable replacement or partial refund will be offered.
Proccessing time - All sets are hand made to order. Due to my policy i do not start orders until we have a definite design in place. Please allow 2-3 working days for creation before dispatch. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME. Once i have sent off your order, shipping time varies based on your choice.
Application and wear - PLEASE NOTE wear time varies depending on application, lifestyle and aftercare. I am not responsible for sets that lift or pop off due to incorrect application, however an application and aftercare leaflet will be included in your order to help avoid this.
Policies & info - appointments
All deposits are non refundable unless a cancellation is made within my stated time frame. A minimum of 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to attend your appointment will require a full payment before re booking. Cancelling within 24 hours requires either 50% of your booking paid for or loss of deposit if you wish to re book meaning you will have to repay the deposit for a new slot.
I allow a generous 15 minute time frame for lateness, if you are more than 15 minutes late please be aware that your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Clients who are repeatedly late or miss appointments may be removed from my system.
PRICING & PAYMENTS - prices may vary with some lash or nail treatments depending on design, length, thickness and detail. payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or online.
